The Easter Bunny stopped by this morning to say that he'd be at the Patch on March 31st and again on April 1st at 2pm for his first annual egg hunt with the Walters. There will be prizes for all, fun and games and great photo opportunities! Come join us. (There will be a minimal admission charged to cover expenses.) BYOB....Bring Your Own Easter Basket!
Additionally, we will be holding a Sunrise Easter Service on April 1, 2018 beginning at 7am with Pastor Jim Helzer officiating. Come bring your family to hear the story of the Resurrection of Christ. This service is nondenominational and for all interested Christians to experience the true Easter message. A light breakfast will be served following the service. This is a totally free event – no admission charge, no charge for breakfast. We simply hope that you will join us and help spread the word.

Burns is traditionally a farming and ranching community. Back in the early days, farmers and their wives would bring their eggs to town to exchange groceries, and various other items. Bringing the roosters to town helps to restore some of those old time memories of early Burns, and brings a new look to what is happening in town now.
